It is easy to develop a healthy mind if you already posses a healthy body. Apart from feeling good,you can think pleasant thoughts and do pleasant things. Whether the healthy body is maintained by regular running, jogging, football, soccer,tennis, swimming, or any other muscle required activity, the benefits are phenomenal .
The multi-job lifestyle coupled with little rest and no real exercise program, is a recipe for poor health and a stressful life. A healthy lifestyle along with an excellent mind, gives a great opportunity to excel in our chosen pathways in our lives. The quality life is maximized if lived in a healthy way, good diet and exercise always.

Low Cost Weightloss
Warm up with stretches, pushups, leg raises ,hand swings
Always gently in the beginning
Start off taking long walks or go jogging
Go easy at first
Increase speed gradually as your body responds
Hand and foot coordination will improve
Inhalation and exhalation will get rythmic
Heart rate increases and muscle tone and strength improves
Circulation of blood to all parts of your body will be enhanced
Eat a heavy meal at breakfast or lunch time
Eat very light after 6pm or use fruits and vegetables
Drink lots of water daily
A natural loss of up to 10 lbs in 21days
Strong discipline is required for best results
If you are not strong willed
Enlist a friend or join a gym
I am 50 plus and lost 25 lbs in 3 months

A new consciousness.
A new understanding of why we are here and why we do the things we do is currently unfolding. The resulting outcome is a massive increase in technology, allowing quantum leaps into areas of awesome productivity or wanton destruction.

A Quest for Good Health
I wonder why human beings, have arms, legs, brains,hearts , lungs,kidneys etc? In answering this question---I feel that all of mankind must do frequent physical activities to maintain and prolong the life cycle.
With the economy the way it is right now, many folks are immobilized with less money to handle their current expenses. I will advice anyone going through this crisis to do research and share your burden with someone you can trust. This will soon pass. Stay focused and concentrate on securing your health.
Anyone who can move and have the breath of life,should stay active, walk, run, jog,swim or play a sport. I am unemployed,but I am actively doing research and I walk about 4 miles every other day.I become re-energized and immensely positive after my walk.
