Low Cost Weightloss

Warm up with stretches, pushups, leg raises ,hand swings
Always gently in the beginning
Start off taking long walks or go jogging
Go easy at first
Increase speed gradually as your body responds
Hand and foot coordination will improve
Inhalation and exhalation will get rythmic
Heart rate increases and muscle tone and strength improves
Circulation of blood to all parts of your body will be enhanced

Eat a heavy meal at breakfast or lunch time
Eat very light after 6pm or use fruits and vegetables
Drink lots of water daily
A natural loss of up to 10 lbs in 21days

Strong discipline is required for best results
If you are not strong willed
Enlist a friend or join a gym
I am 50 plus and lost 25 lbs in 3 months
